SCHUMACHER - OLYMPIC KAYAKER - 07
My
name is Tony Schumacher, I compete in the sport of sprint kayaking
and I have aspirations of making the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
I have been involved in kayaking for about 4 years now and in
this time I have represented Australia at World Cups and World
Championships. My greatest international achievement has been
making the 'A' final in the k1 event (single kayak) at the world
Championships in Croatia. I have also won numerous State and Australian
titles in K1, k2, and k4 events.
I
became involved in kayaking after being successful in Surf Life
Saving competitions, in particular the Surf ski event. Both sports
have similar aspects about them (power, speed, endurance etc)
however they are also very different in many ways. In Surf ski,
I have come 2nd at both the World and Australian Championships
and have won many NSW state championships.
With
next year being an Olympic year, I know that I am going to have
to raise the bar to another level in my training if I wish to
be successful in qualifying for Beijing. Australia has only 6
available athlete spots up for grabs spread over k1, k2 and k4
events so I am going to have to be on my game if I am to qualify.
In
order to reach this desired higher level, it is going to take
many hours of training and a lot of sacrifices. More hours on
the water paddling, tougher gym sessions and more burn on the
running track. To maintain this level of commitment to training,
my body will require the right balance of good nutrition and good
recovery.
I've
been researching around, trying to find the right supplements
to complement my hard training and adequate diet. Fortunately

I feel stronger and have gained more aggression in my training.
Shock Wave - Certainly appeared to help with my endurance training
more so then with my strength. I think it would be excellent for
buffering that lactate burn when I start to work on higher reps
in the gym.

IMPRESSED
WITH BRUTE FORCE
I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with the Brute
Force product. I have had serious injuries to my left shoulder,
both the Rotator Cuff and the AC Joint, training was always painful
and I was limited in the
exercises I could do. As a matter of fact my shoulder was in constant
pain and sometimes it was dfficult to even sleep.
I
have only been taking Brute Force for about one week but what
amazed me the most is that from the first dose I found relief
from the pain and am now training harder than ever with no pain
and able to sleep.

PRAISE FOR POWERZONE PRODUCTS
I've tried Brute Force before and have received some good results.
Some supplement stores that dont supply Power Zone particularly
Brute Force seem to attempt to lead you away from Power Zone and
toward a more inferior product . This happened to me only this
weekend, however results speak for themselves so im sure im one
of many sold and devoted Power Zone users out there who are targeted
by non stockists who attempt to brain wash against your products.

been into training and supplements since my teens, im in my early
30's now and I hate to think how much ive spent over the years
on products that have strong claims but infact do nothing so when
products like yours come along that do what they claim to do and
are of the highest quality they deserve full recognition and support.

Perfection Program
Hi I am currently taking Ignite and Aftershock and following your
diatary program. I have been training with weights since I was
14 nd a half, Im now 16. I read your physical perfection program,
it took a while but it was worth it. I have been training with
my friend for the past year, and after reading your document I
realised we have been missled by others, who think there a guru.
